ℹ️ How it works

1. Fill in the form and verify your email with the code we send you.
2. You'll get a ticket number (WD-…) — keep it, you need it for follow-up.
3. Admins reply within 24–48 hours and you get an email with their answer.
4. Continue the conversation via the link in the email, or look up your ticket below.
